Hyatt Hotels announced that a Hyatt subsidiary has entered into a management agreement with Grupo Murano for the new Andaz Condesa Mexico City luxury hotel, which will be located in Mexico City’s Condesa neighborhood. The 213-room hotel will be the first Andaz hotel in Mexico City. It is expected to open in late 2022 as part of the I421 mixed-use complex formerly known as the historic Conjunto Aristos.

Located in the sprawling, architecturally significant I421 mixed-use complex, Andaz Condesa Mexico City will be an inspiring resort with 213 rooms and 20 suites, a fitness center, spa and state-of-the-art meeting and event spaces catering to both international and domestic business and leisure guests. To complement the area’s thriving culinary scene, the hotel will offer four different food and beverage restaurants. In addition, Andaz Condesa Mexico City will offer one of the city’s tallest rooftop pools with magnificent views of the city’s historic landmarks.

The opening of Andaz Condesa Mexico City, the second Andaz hotel in Mexico City, will continue the success of Andaz Mayakoba, which opened in 2016. This hotel will join Hyatt’s existing portfolio of hotels in Mexico City, including the Hyatt Regency Mexico City and Hyatt. Mexico City/Santa Fe House.
